Lead comes in, pick up the phone, find out if they are married to their primary, introduce them to yours and immerse them in your primary training.

That's it. That's where you find the L4 and L5 levels building their primary businesses to the level they have.

No reason you can't do that right from the get go.
And have fun building your primary company !

I signed up with MLSP a second time under one of the L5 leaders. A lady who does some of the weekly Webinars. I did this thinking it would be beneficial. It turns out it is no different than a non leader. All I got was a series of affiliate emails. The one difference was the various affiliate programs she was selling. While many of the emails read exactly the same the program was different and some were quite high dollar.

5 emails later and I still didn't know what her primary was. I did a little name searching and found it that way. It looked as if MLSP was not a means to promote her primary and was being used to primarily sell affiliate products and mentoring. I thought that was interesting. I'm sure other leaders in the system have their own system in place and it's different.

I ended up canceling my subscription a second time and opting out of the emails. It was a learning experience for sure.

I interviewed 2 of them down at the No Excuses Summit and that's the way they were using it. But I can see how someone could use it as a way to sell their affiliate programs as well with the belief they have to have many different eggs hatching at different rates.

Affiliate programs are more important than their primary. Strange way to operate when you get on board to build a primary and then deviate of it that badly.

I have found that most people are NOT interested in joining or especially leaving
their primary. But everyone is interested in free information.
Sell yourself first. Solve a problem they may have (generating leads)
Build a relationship.
Introduce them to your opportunity later.

Why wait until later to introduce someone to your business? Your business is why you are in business and most likely why you are selling yourself to someone.

Its simple really. Every home based business owner has the same need, to make more money. Your opportunity should fill that need so show it to them. You can spend hours upon hours being a "Tire Kickers" friend.

I think the Magnetic Sponsoring, Build your brand stuff has gone way over board.
