Lynda, you are exactly right.
Reminds of a shed I built a few years ago. It was a big one. I bought all the materials, roofing, plywood, lumber, nails, screws, you name I had it ready to go. After a couple weeks my wife (ex now) looked st me and said, "it isn't going to build itself". I had to remind her of my vacation the following week. But, she was right. Businesses like sheds won't build themselves.
You can give someone everything they need and if they don't take action nothing's going to happen. For those who are willing and ready to take action having the right system in place can make all the difference if they succeed or fail.
Give the right person the right tools without giving then unnecessary objectives and they can win in a very big way. The right tools, the right training, the right system, and the right mentors = the right opportunity for anyone.
