Are you using this strategy in recruiting your network marketing team??
Are you analyzing strengths of every prospect you are looking to recruit if you are building your business online..
e.g...if you are terrible in video marketing , then it makes sense to have someone in your team , who is great in video marketing..He may not be great in Article Marketing , as you are..
This way you are building a powerful team with a multitude of skill sets and talents and you will produce results for your business in the shortest time periods possible..
What method or strategy do you apply in your recruiting?? lets discuss..The floor is open...

I agree I've been a better video marketer so I did videos most of the time.

It is a shame the spammers kiiled this thread as it is a good question.
I suppose it depends what stage you are in your NM career or with your particular business. In the early days I'm sure people would be grateful for ANYONE to join the business, nevermind vetting people to see if they are suitable.
No doubt you will build a better business doing it your way, but witho some intial 'success' some people would give up. Enough people give up anyway!

Yes Alan. ..There are 2 school of thoughts on this..One you mentioned and the other is that irrespective of your experience in the industry , your recruiting strategy highlights your posture , the strength of your brand in the industry..
