I am sure those of you already experienced with forum marketing know this fact but for people who are starting out in forum marketing..

Forum posts not only bring quality traffic to your capture page from members inside those forums , but forum posts get indexed on the search engines quickly , bringing traffic from the search engines too!


Just curious....what forums you use other than BN?? I use the WAHM forum too along with BN and both of these forums are search engine friendly..

I think you know some of the other forums I post in Adil. I have posted in Young Entrepreneurs, Rich Dad, Warrior, and BN. Some forums, although related too entrepreneurship have a lot of negativity about network marketing. It can be rough waters in some forums, but as long as your posture is strong, people will consider what you have to say. I have also contributed to some communities that are related to my products, as an experiment. Some of those communities are more difficult to contribute too because everyone bashes each other's opinions.

I also contribute too facebook groups, that in a sense, work just like forums, if they are large enough. I was initially in a group of about 3,500 in a home-based business owners group on facebook. Then after a while of contributing thought provoking, non-promotional, valuable content. The administrators added me to a Secret Group of about 40 of the "smart kids", derived from the group of about 3,500.

Facebook Groups are different/similar to forum posts, because you cannot create e-sigs. However people are still able to connect with you by friending/subscribing/liking, and learning more about what you do.

Sure nathan i remember you from some of the other forums I use..I also remember you always put up some great content... I use rich dad , WAHM , BN Rich dad , and warrior forum because quality people hang out at these forums, there is no spam , and meaningful discussions take place to build relationships and generate leads...Each forums targets a particular niche , and in my view , we should customize our signature and capture page for each different forum accordingly for best results..

MLM.com has a fairly active forum, equally as active as is what in on BN.

forum traffic is the best free traffic on the internet, but very important to understand
why people click your signature link?

He clicked because you posted "I am new member, check my site in the signature to know more about me"

or you post problems solving, attitude changing, very educatable post. Don't make mistake that
the reader don't think about the person, who posted the valuable post. So this is how potential
long term customers comes from forums. I got highest quality only by this way.

I have worked a lot with forums and my experience is it depends on what niche you are working on. Forums are not for every niche.

Forums are great for network marketing and bringing targeted traffic to your blog. We need to educate others who may snicker at network marketers because online marketing has radically changed the way we do business.
