forum traffic is the best free traffic on the internet, but very important to understand
why people click your signature link?

He clicked because you posted "I am new member, check my site in the signature to know more about me"

or you post problems solving, attitude changing, very educatable post. Don't make mistake that
the reader don't think about the person, who posted the valuable post. So this is how potential
long term customers comes from forums. I got highest quality only by this way.

That is a very good point Tadas...People click on your signature link only when you post value..and to take this point further , in my experience, Your Forum Signature link should be 'in-sync' with your Forum Post Content for maximum clicks and opt ins..

Yes stephen..that is why Forum Marketing is under rated..people talk soo much about FB advertising blah blah..That has it's benefits too..but if you do forum marketing consistently ,, I can guarantee you that your cost per lead is far less than any other strategy..and in addition , the leads are more targeted and qualified .. but consistency and persistence is the key..

Forums are great for network marketing and bringing targeted traffic to your blog. We need to educate others who may snicker at network marketers because online marketing has radically changed the way we do business.

Luanne...It sure has..and it really brings targeted traffic ..and if you have just have to spend max 30 mins every day..Minimum effort and maximum results..Isnt that what every marketer is looking for/?

I also use the wahm and home based business forum. Many people use forums just for getting links back to their blogs without realizing the potential for getting targeted traffic (of course if you contribute to the forum.)

WAHM is a very good forum if you are targeting a particular niche , even though traffic profile is broadening a bit more there..

Personally , my opinion of home based business forum is that it contains a lot of spam and meaningful discussions are sparse..

The potential of getting targeted traffic to your capture link always increases in forums where quality people in industry hang out and meaning discussions are taking place where you get the chance to add your 2 cents..
