Hi everyone,

What would you say are the biggest challenges network marketers face to becoming a success? A $10k+ a month person? What holds them back? What keeps them as hobby owners instead of business owners?

Honestly, it's just one thing. Every challenge someone is faced with, always comes back to this one thing and that is "Confidence". Confidence that anyone can succeed in their business, including themselves.

There are many things like the right team, company they feel
comfortable with...

but the top reasons are they have to have the right Mindset,
the attitude and the desire to make it happen and to believe
in themselves that they deserve it and can make it happen...

and then of course they need to be coach-able in order to
be able to learn and implement it as well....

I agree with you Raina about mindset and desire. That belief you are speaking about will only come about thru coaching and practicing. Personally, I don't like to use the term belief. I would rather use "confidence" instead because it is much greater.

The reason is many people believe they are going to be successful, but unless someone coaches them how, they will never be successful. You got to have confidence in them succeeding.

We can name all kinds of external factors that could hold someone back. But those things don't matter much when it comes to succeeding. Why is that? Many people succeed in so many different ways despite the external circumstances. The only thing that ever holds anyone back is themselves. The way they think and believe and the choices they make. It's really that simple.

OK, there seems to be agreement about mindset being essential for success.

So, how do you test for the right mindset? What should you look for? What questions do you ask?

Sure mindset is all good any everything, but really you develop that when the reason you are doing what you are doing matches your belief.

So... now that we got that out of the way....

The determining factor for most people in this industry is the number of people you talk to about your opportunity.

Thats it!

So, figure out a few ways to generate leads, and contact to collect... a decision that is.

Numbers, and duplication. Thats it!
