Jerome its very important to make a personal contact

If your program is such that there are clear steps to take then its really a matter of directing them

Most people are afraid they will be left to figure it out for themselves. So for me, after finding out what they are expecting to get out of it, finding out about them, I make sure they know, that there is a team there, a clearly defined system, and that they truly can reach out to me

I'm not surprised you answered as you did. That personal contact is essential in the other person's success. We can't imagine enrolling someone and just letting them be, but we both know that happens all the time.
It would be like giving someone a car without giving them the keys. The car is never going to go anywhere unless you give them the keys to start the car.

Unfortunately Jerome, many come into the internet thinking they will not have to talk to someone, that couldn't be farther from the truth. We have many ways to communicate. I am a strong believer in relationship-building. And if we are completely honest, none of us have ever gotten into a company or bought a product because of a hypy sales pitch, we have always connected with a human being!

I know and completely agree. I always make it a point to show them what the basics are, which includes that personal connection. This is a relationship business after all, right?
