I have been on first page for my keywords for some 4 weeks now.

All I did was ad Google + and used as always SEOpressor plugin to do it.

Don't forget that SEO friendly content + good backlinks is all it takes + the factor that most people are not doing SEO at all so outranking is not hard at all but again it depends on the keyword phrase.

No real traffic volume to speak of per month for "Jonathan Budd MLM Launch Formula" <10, but if you optimize for "mlm launch formula", you can go after 720 a month searches. That would be much better and time better spent.
