Training to build your business is one important factor to look at when joining a company..of course there are many other things too at the same time..

I have to say that most of the time, I didn't look at many different companies except now on the last one I wanted to get away from what seemed to be this huge thing everyone was doing so I not only look at what was trending, but also what was moving up fast. I also looked at the leaders and who I resonated with. So I would say I took the time to look at it from a business perspective not just emotional as most do.

I have always been able to build a business. I could sponsor people (belly to belly) or (online) The big problem I always ran in to was other people being able to do the same. It really hurt me to see people come into something because of me, then not be able to make it. I started to feel bad to get someone to signup in my business.

So the big must for me in the last company was the success rate... So I joined a company that their main goal was to eliminate failure in home business. This company is a task based company. So if you do your daily task you earn a daily reward. Without recruiting, yes that is true. Now if you recruit you make more but you don't have to if you don't want to. What a unique idea..
