Postby Lady Levy on Sun Jan 08, 2012 3:17 am

Hello,

Im new here and I've been with xpresshealthcare for a few months. I'm doing ok...enough to cover fees. Any tips for staying onboard? I kinda love doing this but I do not want to spend too much money and time on this business. I'm great at sales but this make become stressful after a while.

If you are doing your business on the internet then you will need to take the time to learn more about marketing on the net. The internet is all about getting traffic to you website(s) and landing and sales pages. There are a lot of different ways that you can do this.

From e-mail marketing, article marketing, forum marketing(as you are doing), social networking, and video marketing, to name a few. Learning the best ways to use them to save you time and money is on of the hardest things to do, not the learning but finding the right information to learn.

Take a look at the link below. This is a free 7 video course, sent over 7 days. It will give you a much better understanding of what you need to learn and why. It is great for anyone that wants to grow a business online or off.

I hope this is what you where looking for.

One of the first things you noticed in doing a business, is that this is no overnight success story!
It will take time, patience and most of all, personal development. One of the first things to remember is to stay motivated even when everyone you meet says no. Make friends along the way and you may be years ahead of yourself in finding new prospects to build on. Making a lot of money real fast can be lost just as quickly unless you build your business on friendship and do the business as helping others to achieve their goals.
You only hear of one millionaire but you don't hear about the many who helped them to get there. Remember, Donald Trump is one millionaire, but there are several millionaires that helped him to get him where he is today.

It's difficult to put an exact timeframe on how quickly it will take someone to reach a certain income level because everyone works at a different pace. Some are more motivated to work their business - and I do mean work. You have to be dedicated to working your business consistently almost every day. I'm not sure if Xpress is your only business or if you are still working at a J.O.B. I work Xpress full-time and am generally doing something pertaining to my business every single day.

I've been consistently adding team members since I started with Xpress. I've made sure that I listen in on all the training and team calls and utilize the training available in the back office. I've also concentrated on online marketing utilizing multiple platforms, so that I am branding myself. I'm building relationships through these platforms and while I am sharing information about other people's businesses, those people are forwarding my business links/info to their followers, etc. as well. People need to see your face and your business about 7 times before they commit. I consistently blog not only about Xpress Healthcare but also about topics pertinent to business (leadership, motivation, etc.). My blogs are a window into not only my business, but to myself as a person and a leader.

Don't let yourself get discouraged. Use the training available in the back office. Go to your team leader and ask questions about how they're marketing and perhaps change your marketing plan a bit. Talk to fellow ABOs - we're all here to help each other.

It is important that you also diversify Your Marketing Strategy, bu utilising Offline Networking Groups as well, as this gets your face known, but more importantly People will see your Enthusiasm, Energy and Passion for what you do. I had this problem as well in my early years, and found that no matter How much training I did, when it came to online Marketing, My Conversion Rates were not the same as they were offline.

So I learned one very Important Skill for my Online Marketing, which once Mastered, My Results Improved Dramatically and Now, as I am sure is the case for every other Networker here, Business Improved Easily.

Hope this is of help.

Dave - I agree with you that you need to utilize local marketing groups, too. I belong to two different groups in my city and am considering joining others. MainStreet Chamber is a nationwide group and my local chapter meets twice a week. The networking is wonderful and I've learned so much from our speakers, as well. I've been able to gain business through my local networking, too. The internet allows us to reach so many people, but it can be challenging to convey your true personality and passion for your business through an advertisement or short post. That's why I write blogs - it's my way of sharing both my business and my excitement about what I do in more detail.
