On Facebook 3 people left a group I posted this in and 4 people unfriended me
so far after posting it to my personal wall.

But I'd like to share it with you from a conversation that pulled it from my heart.
I hope you can draw from it what you need (feel free to share) ...


Our Attitude Affects Our Performance 100%

If we are depressed, unsure, unhappy, worn out, afraid, bitter, angry, if we're jealous, envious,
if we lack 100% faith, 100% commitment, an I'M ALL IN attitude and pardon my french but a
F@#K IT - Im WINNING NO MATTER WHAT- NOTHING IS GOING TO STOP ME!!! attitude -
if you dont have that fire, that attitude, that belief, that drive, that commitment,
that dedication, that UNSTOPPABLE passion - it wont work.

• You cant be unsure of the products.
• You cant be unsure of the company.
• You cant be unsure of the comp plan.
• You cant be unsure of the system.
• You cant be unsure of the team.
• You cant be unsure of the market.
• You cant be unsure of the opportunity.
• You CANNOT be unsure of YOURSELF....

You can't be unsure of any of it, not even a little bit.

If faith the size of a mustard seed moves mountains, the same is true of doubt
and disbelief. That same seed of doubt, hesitation, fear or disbelief can crumble
your dreams and build walls taller than any mountain you can perceive.

( POSITIVE ATTITUDE + POSITIVE ACTION ) x BELIEF = POSITIVE RESULTS

If you're in a business model like network marketing, where there is a heavy emphasis
on building a TEAM, inspiring others and helping others cultivate their belief and discover
their dreams, if you lack that inspiration yourself, you will not be able to transfer that
to a single person until you own it and live it -OUTLOUD- Yourself.

Gosh, Richard, that's too bad some folks left and unfriended. You speak the truth.

And I feel your PASSION jump right off the page!

All I can think of is that maybe some didn't like the "F@#K IT" part , or...

Maybe they were uncertain themselves and needed to take leave until they are 100% sure.

Here's a layer to add to this...
100% commitment to your business doesn't mean you have to neglect
your life or your family. You can give both 100% "of what they need."

The point is you cant be wishy-washy in your business.
You're either in -all in - or you're not. Choose. Its that simple.

Yeah Michelle thats my guess too.
Ive been criticized plenty of times for dropping an F-bomb or some other cuss word.
Its an interesting line to walk. On one end I see the argument that I'm supposed to be "professional." But on the other hand that's me. At some point in "real life" if I meet someone there's a strong chance its going to be said. So I figure "hey - get used to it - or get off my list!" Thats what they did, so its a good thing.

What boggles my mind is while Im not an arrogant person (at least I try not to be), I think I bring some pretty good value to the table and this time was no different. So how is it someone would discount everything else I said, the story and the golden nuggets that were shared, discount ALL of that over one stupid little word that was merely implied - I didn't even spell it out completely.

Its sad really...
Throw it all away over some "holier than thou" mentality, too sensitive to hear a word.
Oh well what ever - their loss.

The meat and potatoes is the message itself.

As always Richard... your words ring true.

I am agree with you on this 110% because about 10 months ago I had
to remove myself from a situation because I found that I was "unsure"
in many of the things you pointed out and was having the worst time
professionally that I had been in... EVER!

That being said...

Once I rectified the situation by moving forward and away from the
"thing" that was causing this "unsureness" in me.

Not only have I hit Top Sponsor a couple of times in one of my
company's...

I've reached the Top Position in the other.

That was something that could not and would not have happened had
I continued down the path I was on with the "feeling of unsureness"
because that "feeling" was oozing over into everything I was touching
and it was attracting more of what I didn't want!

Thanks for always keeping it REAL!

And as far as the ones who "unfriended" you... when's the
CELEBRATION PARTY? ROFLMAO

PS - Loved the discussion my comment sparked over in your Home
Business Mastermind Facebook Group this weekend...some SMART
people there!
