Hotel Impossible and MLM

Postby Chris Brown on Thu Jun 28, 2012 9:48 am

There are a couple of TV shows Hotel Impossible as well as Bar Rescue both of these TV shows focus on the customer experience.

Most MLM focus on the product and the selling part. What have you done personally to enhance the customer experience?

How does the Government enhance the customer experience (please explain).

Disney, Zappos are masters of this and do you do?

Whether I am dealing with customers or clients I like to make sure that the products are something they are going to enjoy or use. I like to share and let people sample for instance with my oils. I also offer to help them find more information if they need it on the subject at hand.

I have also been known to girly up my products by delivering them in pretty little bags with cards. And speaking of cards it is a great idea to remember your clients birthdays and anniversaries. It says you care about them. I think that always enhances customer experience.

Do you do anything special for your customers Chris?

Yes I do. I learned this from Disney, Disney calls their customers guests so I asked my self what do you do for a guest? Normally you offer them something to eat and drink RIGHT! So I give them the next best thing when my guest or leads comes to me I give them a FREE $25 gift card to get something to eat and drink on me.

That is 1 thing I am doing.

That is a great idea Chris, people like to know to feel special and welcome. I would definitely say that your guest are sure to feel welcome with doing something like that. Thanks for sharing your idea and the view point that you see your customers as guests. What a wonderful idea. =D

A $25.00 gift card is a great idea. For those who can't afford $25.00 when getting started you can do a $10.00 gift card or whatever amount.

Here's another great idea, you can also send them a thank you card afterwards. Not to many do that.

I go to Disneyland about once or twice a month. You can learn so much from going about how they Market their products and experiences. I produce theater so I get tons of creative ideas also.

Trivia question - What does Disneyland call their employees? Hint - It's what you call actors who are in a production.
