How to increase and maintain high action rate of the team?

Hi there,

Our all goal is 100% action rate in team, but only just very few
can reach that rate in their team.

I have a question for that:

Does it depends on how great qualified they are
for such type of business? (they already successful in other business, have coaching experience and starts this business not from scratch - those people don't join newbies) I also see that many successful small or big business owners can be more successful MLM'ers, than others whose start this business.

Does it depends on your marketing's skills? (ability to attract right
people to your list - those people can join skillful marketer, even the marketer is totally newbie in mlm business).

Does it really depends how strong leader you can be to lead poor
people to better quality life? (this leader can be focused on poor people, which population is much bigger)

I am trying to figure out how these three things are related with
your downline action rate and which way is easier for high
action rate?

Tads,

This is a Great Question & one That I am sure No Doubt, Many Others will be asking. I am not sure there is a Definitive Answer as Such. The Most Important Issue is That Any Team Member, must have a Burning Desire to be Successful & Be Prepared to work at that ~ Nothing in Life Comes Free.

Just Recently, I have taken on Two New Distributors in My Offline Business & at the first sign of 'work' Both have suddenly become 'Too Busy' despite both Proclaiming they were Hungry for success. I have tried everything I can think of in finding Their 'Hot' Button, all to no avail. It leads me to the conclusion that when their Personal Situation is 'Hurting' a little more, they will take action &step out of comfort zone.

Indeed This Scenario is One Reason Why I Also Have My Own Social Media Centre, because I am only answerable to me :D

People seem to forget the word work is in netWORK marketing.

There will always be 80 - 85% of your network marketing business are people who have no desire to do more than buy the product, make enough to get the product for free or only want to make $500 or so a month.

It's a wonderful dream we all have, that everyone is going to work 110% but reality is a whole lot different.

In other community I was discussing with one respectful MLM'er from Australia and he exactly says "no" to 80-85% whose want to join him and if we would focused on how to identify those people, we would enjoy much higher action rate - to identify that is a true art of mlm business.

Hi Tadas,

Why say no to those 80 -85% of folks who will never be MLM stars?

I would say no to spending time trying to turn them into 100% worker bees.
That is a waste of your time and their patience.

But those 80 to 85% are extremely useful people.
Especially those who join because they love the product or service.
Their love of the product means they share it with others.
Which means they will bring on a few people who then buy product. etc.
A few of those people may even want to make significant money.

Don't forget product sales is what brings in the residual income.

Your business benefits from both the dabbler and the go-getter.

The key is to recognize the difference and spend your business building energy on
the go-getters, not the dabblers.

There are some Extremely Good Answers on This Forum, Joyce and The last poster whose name I have forgotten, so please excuse me for forgetting ;)

For those reasons that have been Documented, is the one reason I set Up My Own Social Media Centre, which Focuses on Information Products, that Help Other Networkers & Social Media Marketers, because as Joyce points out, it would be lovely if All our Network Teams Did exactly as they had to do in Replicating What you do, However the reality is that they don't, its not a new thing, but an Age old Problem.
