Video Marketing and the 90 Day Challenge

Postby Jason DeMars on Tue Sep 23, 2008 3:22 pm

Have any of you who have read through the BOAB coarse not gotten started with video marketing?

It took me a long time to get started and the main reason was that I was worried about not doing a good job with it and just plain nervousness.

If you haven't gotten started with video marketing I highly recommend the 90 day challenge DK has put together. I started a group for it and would love to get your feedback.

Tell me about your experience with video marketing. What has worked and what has not worked?

Bill,
True indeed. It takes some guts to get started with video marketing, but after a little over a week it has started coming more naturally and the fear factor disappears.

Hey

My Mentor told me once, when it comes to shooting a video,
it really doesn't matter if your first few videos are bad.
What matters is that you take action, go ahead and but it on.
You got to do it sooner or later.
And also, it will show others how far you have come in this challenge.
Nothing better than seeing a change in someone through videos,
it is a Testimonial to yourself.

There is only one word you have to think of, okay two words
TAKE ACTION

That's It

Tom,
You are precisely right. Get started with it, get over the fear factor and then the improvement will begin. For those of you on the fence with video marketing is that your confidence in speaking publicly goes way up the more videos you do.
Take on the 90 day challenge and see what happens for you!

Yeah video is a funny thing.

I try to take a couple of bullet-type notes and set them next to the camera. Just so I can keep my flow.

The first real one that I did was for my capture page. It's pretty go... well actually it kind sux, BUT... it's there and I can change it or whatever. The one I did for PPC Domination is much better.

Glad you are doing the 90 day and I may just take you up on your offer.

Yeah, 90-Day Challenge is very powerful and life-changing. I'm glad that I followed DK and watched his videos from 90-Day Challenge. I have started my own as well. It's great concept to grow personally and attract results. That's why every major company is planning in quarters of year, which is 90 days. It's much easier to focus on achieving specific goals for 90 days vs. whole year. Great secret of planning I think.

I tell you that the Video Marketing is the best form of Marketing today. Did you know that YouTube is the 3rd most visited site in the world, right underneath google and yahoo? Now that is something to rant and rave about! If you have NOT gotten started in video marketing, I really suggest you do so.

I made a couple of video - when I felt strong about something it was easy to just press 'capture' talk for a couple of minutes and then upload it. Nothing great. I think I am going to invest in a better camera.
I wish I looked like Paris H - but what the h.... this is what I is and what I can offer.
I agree its fun to communicate this way.
