Please send me feeback, bad or good......it has the power to make a huge impact in the network marketing world, as well as attract people that have never been involved with an mlm before. What do you guys think?
If you see yourself specializing in the adult entertainment realm, then perhaps it could be lucrative. I would
not advise representing a porn company and a traditional network marketing company at the same time or even close in time. Your
reputation among potential business partners or customers for a traditional network marketing company could easily be
maligned based on your association with the sale of pornographic products.
In addition, my understanding is that making big bucks in the porn industry is just as
challenging, if not more so, as making money with traditional network marketing. An important consideration is the fact that
pornography laws vary from state to state and even within states. An 18-year-old might be a legal customer in California but an illegal customer in Utah.
Then you have the problem of
minors accessing Internet porn. Ask any teenage boy how many of his friends have watched porn on the Internet and you'll see what I mean (and, increasingly, it's similar for girls). Could you be held
liable if a minor purchases pornographic material via your website? I wouldn't be surprised if you could be liable and subject to
criminal as well as civil penalties.
Tread Carefully ...
