Yes, Magnetic Sponsoring works but I take it even a step further and show my prospects (optins) exactly how I use the course, capture pages and trainings to grow my personal business. I created a website with audio that walks them through step by step of how I set everything up and advertise it.

This gives them more security and proof that it REALLY is working for me.

Kudo's to you for taking the initiative to go the extra mile. If everyone did what you are doing, there would be no attrition in this industry. Like you, I have found that new recruits need step by step instructions on how to impletment the principles of attraction marketing. It is one thing to understand how and why it works, but so few people actually know how to implement the strategies.

Thank-you Holly for showing us how it should be done! What a wonderful example of how to work with our downline. It is unfortunate that so many seem to miss the concept of attraction marketing. It's about focus! Focus on our team of associates and helping them to achieve their dreams. The fringe benefit is that it will build us a stronger business in the process. MS is all about relationship development and that doesn't stop once a prospect is placed in our downline. By becoming a mentor to our associates and really showing them how to develop their businesses, we will not only have a much stronger network, but a team of associates who are going to be around for the long term. I will even go so far as to challenge people to follow your wonderful example and show their associates how MS can and should be applied to their businesses! Go for it!
