Isn't it funny that what starts out a means to achieve a money why, or a lifestyle why or any of a number of other why's, ends up being a personal growth journey of amazing proportions. Congratulations on being a leader!!! In network marketing, I truly believe that it is All Success. Even if you don't make a dime for 6 months, or even 12...the path is strewn with learning, changing, expanding, growing, unlike any other that I have experienced. It's great to hear that Jason, and people sometimes underestimate the Why of your business. It's true that there is a learning process of leadership skills that take time to be effective but most successful marketers know why they do the business and my why never changes. It's there 24/7 and that's why I made it past all the roadblocks of people who don't share the same values as me. That's ok though because it's all part of a successful business.
