Yeah Caryn,

It's very frustrating. I wonder what the whole point of sections 4.1 & 4.2 are then if now in phone calls they are saying no online advertising. That's certainly not whats written in the P&Ps.

Think it might be time to start sending registered letters to Mr. Henry LOL!

I know. I don't get it. However, I know they are a good company so I just keep telling myself they must have their reasons. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they are re-evaluating and trying to figure out how to handle the online presence in a way that follows their high standards. Maybe they'll announce something at NTC (I'm manifesting here and being hopeful :) ).

Hi Ladies,
I think we should scan and email corporate about their own written rules and policies. I really wonder if the people answering the phone even read the policies. In my opinion, Arbonne has a written policy and if we decide to follow that policy and they "punish" us for doing so, then they would be looking at a law suit. We would not be doing anything wrong according to their own written policy (which is like a contract). They would have to send out a new policy manual to every consultant stating in writing that No Online advertising will be allowed and they would have to rewrite everything relating to the use of the internet which is almost all of Section 4. I'm still thinking of doing the PPC advertising anyway. I was just re-reading the policies and missed the part about redirecting URL's (4.9). It says "Independent consultants shall only use the URL assigned to their MyArbonne.com website to direct traffic to that site". Therefore, according to that we can have an ad directed to our MyArbonne.com website.
I wonder what will happen at NTC regarding online stuff. Also, what phone conversations were you referring to about them saying there is No online advertising allowed? Just curious because I never go on the weekly calls... only attend local meetings.
have a great day!:cheer:

The phone calls I was referring to were personal calls I had with people in the advertising department. I had the same thought as you about maybe I just got the wrong person so I tried numerous times. I initially used the Contact Us form on the webpage and to submit an ad for approval. This is the response I got:

Hi Caryn, Arbonne strictly prohibits any advertising or other information or content on the Internet, except on Web sites that are part of the MyArbonne.com program. Please refer to policy 4.13. of your P&P Manual for more information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Should you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you,

Arbonne International, LLC

I then had numerous phone calls with Compliance people and advertising people just to make sure so it wasn't just some customer service rep on the phone. But I like I said, they are a smart company so I'm optimistic something will change. Still, it would have been nice to know all this before I spent money on my webpage and having a designeer do banners for me. And remember, with Magnetic Sponsoring really all of this is a moot point.;)

Hi, I am Lucinda, an Arbonne Consultant in the NY area.
I started using the RE9products 3 years ago, and gradually started using most of the products because i love them, and i love the fact that they are botanically based, and safe.
After promoting the products to my friends, I realized the business potential, and went to the ACT now conference in Providence in July. I officially started my business in August although i had been signed up (for the discount) since 06. I made district in 2 months, and am moving along just fine for me. I could be more aggressive, but i still feel I am getting my feet wet.
In my gut i feel there is more to be done with my business than just the traditional methods i am getting from my upline, who are amazing, by the way. So in my research I stumbled upon this site/network, and have been checking it out, looking at different links and learning all the while.
All in all, it is good to know and to have this as a forum and a resource, and to keep going and keep growing.
Thanks to everyone for sharing info and stories and advice.
See you around.

Congratulations on on your decision to build your business. I can relate to what you are saying, I too found it difficult to build my organization. I struggled to even get loyal customers for my first year.
After my second year, I went searching for answers. and my search led me to the discovery that If I wanted to build an MLM team I had to grow as a leader. I had to really stretch and become the person that would attract the right people.

As far as building strategies.. I would tell you that using a funded proposal really helped me. I started marketing my funded proposal to generate leads and to create cash flow for my MLM business.

My tip to you is to stay the course, and market to your Niche Market(other MLM distributors)
add http:// to your links to make them live.

That's all for now, this is the start of a wonderful journey for you..Don't forget to enjoy it.

Hi. I'm Ann Lee and I've been an Arbonne consultant since June, 2006. I had just had my second baby in two years and didn't want to go back to my fulltime job at a Fortune 100 company which everyone knows here in Memphis. I got hooked after using the RE9, Figure 8 and baby products. Of course we are now using about 300 more of the products and find all of them amazing. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get very far with my business so now I'm working fulltime, raising toddlers, doing Arbonne plus learning internet marketing skills in the wee hours of the morning. I've made DM two or three times and am in qualification now but I never can keep it because my product buyers are fickle and I cannot get a business builder who is willing to do anything. My husband is a personal trainer and I have more friends than I can count but I haven't been able to get people to buy or repeat buy as much as I had hoped. I can't make the sample kit/1 on 1/party model work with my lifestyle so I trying to take my business online using all of Mike Dillard's products as a guide. However, I need to check the Compliance Manual before I go much farther with it. Glad to see there are other Arbonne folks with the same mindset because all of my upline uses the old fashioned methods and they work extremely well for them. Thanks for starting the forum. If anyone knows of any definite no-no's on internet marketing with respect to Arbonne policies, please share! Sincerely, Ann

How the top producers get there leads in Arbonne?

Well they generate free leads from places you've

Never heard off. I didn't know they existed.

When I found and learn that and started implementing the simple steps.

Now I generate 23 leads per day on auto pilot.
