Re:Is this a good place to ask for tech support?
:( I, too, am having problems and have not received any answers although I have
sent 4 messages thru "contact us" and posted one message here. The problems are 1)
I cannot log in @ affiliate login. The first time I tried when it didn't accept, I thought I may have lost my password, so a new one was issued. Same result. Michelle,
I tried the site you recommended and still not able to log in. It just erases my name and password. 2) my affiliate address for magneticsponsoring.com is not available. 3)I have been doing quite a bit of advertising and am unable to check my back office.
I am really happy with what the new system is all about and realize that, in most cases, there are always glitches, but I would really appreciate someone addressing them.
Here's to all of Our Success.

Sorry about the duplicate message. I had written to say that I had finally tried my normal user name (not the one assigned to me by MS) and voila it worked. Thanks for the info.

I have also noticed that things suddenly dropped off. My last Boot Camp Taker email was in August and my last Commission was paid on November 1st.
I have no proof that people are purchasing, but I can see that they are listed at my Magnetic Sponsoring Back Office as Boot Camp Takers.
Based on my sales over the past 2 years, I probably have sales as well.
Is there any way I can look into this?
