I believe Mike is absolutely right when he says that Ann's audience has never even heard of BN (yet).
I also agree with Ferny and Adam that there's nothing revolutionary about the report. But then again, very few new courses out there branch out enough to add unique content.
To me, the most amazing thing regarding Ann Sieg is the soft approach she has (or at least that is perceived from her writing), and how that attracts a totally difference audience than Mike Dillard's.
Ann's focus on the negativity (nice comment, Michael), allied with her own personality (I guess), completely differentiates her from the aggressive, young, alpha marketers that Mike Dillard attracts (due to his personality, another guess).
As she expands her reach and positions herself as a trusted teacher, even amongst the working moms and maybe some of the more old-school MLMers, more marketers will have access to the education we already have and our community will grow stronger.
That's the biggest thing her report will achieve, and it's beneficial to all of us.
To Ann Sieg's success!

I think you caught it but I meant to write "My guess is it was not written for the majority audience here at BN. "
I had forgotten the word 'not' but added it.
Yah, Ann's audience is quite different from the majority of those here at BN.
While I have been able to build a large following by leading with Ann's material it's much harder for me to connect with the audience here at BN simply because you guys seem to know more about marketing here than I do
(I'm typing so many typos -- time for sleep).
Eric, you're a fantastic facilitator of discussions. Must be the teacher in you.

From Ferny,
That's differentiation, and that's really great advice. It's really no different than when I was teaching elementary and middle school, I had to come at each student with a different voice, style, and approach. Likewise, when I was at the middle level, I may have had three sections of English Comp, yet had to create three different lesson plans because each class needed me to be something different.
From Peter,
As a teacher (and Super Guide - thanks for the nod, Peter), I appreciate this comment. Continuing education is what's it's all about.
Speaking from personal experience, I have found Mike Klingler and Renegade Professional to offer so much value that one almost does NOT have a choice but to be a member, and I predict as they grow and mature, Renegade University will be a PAC 10 contender
. With that said, I'm bias and that may not be a completely objective statement, but it is a sincere sentiment.
From Adam,
And the more people that learn these new trends, the better off their businesses and lives can and will be!
Saved the best for last...and that's really the bottom line. Well said.
@Leo - you know Leo for someone who doesn't give himself much credit for being a good writer (or perhaps someone who doesn't enjoy it), you are a damn good one. Damn good. I think your assessment about the difference between Ann Sieg and Mike Dillard is spot on. And I also think it shows your "eye" for understanding target markets, which in large part, is the first and most important aspect of marketing.
One key thing for anyone who is thinking about going into the "MLM training space", try to bring the attraction marketing principles from a different angle.

From Peter,
Continuing Education - Second, I love the exceptional resources that Mike Klingler has developed ((and is continuing to develop)) - Renegade University and Renegade Pro - I see these as absolutely taking Attraction Marketing to the next level. His style of teaching is again, different from Ann Sieg's and Mike Dillard's. To succeed in the years ahead, I believe we must become STUDENTS of continuing education. I also have great respect for those committed 'Super Guides" at RPro, including yourself

Leo, you're a smart dude. Touching upon the strategic alliances aspect of it all. Well said.

@Mike Klingler - (clearing my throat)
As a Super Guide, "YOUR marketing pull is MY marketing pull" ... that's the best alliance I've made yet.
And thanks for the teacher compliment...but it wasn't until I started hanging out with you at Pro webinars that I finally saw the profitability in teaching (and now the possibilities are endless). Woo-hoo!

LOL, yah, I had to remove that statement -- about 28 people popped in my mind that have formed alliances. I meant from the people I met within BN, but I've since removed the entire statement. What was I really trying to say anyway--I think my body is saying 'Mike, go to sleep.'

Re: Ann Sieg's Attraction Manifesto - Does Anyone Care?
For me this is apples and oranges - and it's because of the different audiences that each of these marketers reach.
Saying one is "the way" over another is like saying "my MLM is the one and the only - come with me lest you fail"
I like the option of having both to offer people. Do I prefer to lead with one? Yeppers - you betcha.
Do I frown at the checks that I get from the other? Heck no!
I'm a big time - "find what speaks to you and let's move forward" - kinda gal. Totally understand when people are in "low info" mode, but this too will shift - it always does. And you never know what sort of gems and personal light bulbs you're gonna get when something is put in front of you in a new way and at the right time for YOU.
Our job is just to be there to serve it up.
It's all good :)

she's calling it "manifesto"?? What a copycat. Randy Gage released a MLM Manifesto on January 1st.
I don't think I'll read it.

If anybody wants to read the original MLM Manifesto by Randy Gage, you may get it at http://themastermindsessions.com/PDFs/mlm-manifesto.pdf or if you want to go through a lead capture page go to Randy's site http://www.networkmarketingtimes.com and click on 'The Network Revolution' or http://GageManifesto.com

Isn't that Bob Proctor's site (networkmarketingtimes.com) ? Isn't that what used to be Upline Magazine? I think Randy Gage just markets his book there.
