I've been looking at two funded proposal systems that allow you to brand yourself with videos of yourself etc on the lead capture page. They are MLM Lead System Pro by Norbert Orlewicz and Online MLM Mastermind System by Jonathan Bud. Please let me know If you have had any experience using any of these systems.

Hi Eric,

I have in depth knowledge of both, and personally I chose MLM Mastermind.
There are some things that are unique with each system and they are equally impressive.
It may just come down to personal taste; pricing on each is exactly the same. ($1 trial, $47 month.)

I like to ride the wave that is the most success oriented and can show the results, so when it really came down to it I chose MLM Mastermind simply because Jonathan Budd, the creator of the system was able to show rock solid proof that his system has empowered many of his students to throw up BIG numbers in their respective companies; not to mention the huge success that he has had using the techniques and strategies that he teaches, which are all part of the system.

I've been building my downline for the last six years and just got involved with the Mastermind material, which is being put into the hands of my existing team as we speak so I expect to be able to provide some impressive results very soon.

Ah Bravo, had to throw in the one-up, didn't ya?

I am also a member of LSP and MMS. Here is my run down...

LSP major benefit:
Free weekly webinars open to all members and guests. This
is a BIG recruiter for me as I blast the link to my list so they
can see what the system is all about before joining.

LSP major downside:
Assumes you already know a few things about marketing,
best practices and the like. Not quite a nurturing atmosphere.

MMS major benefit:
Jonathan Budd's training, although he can be painfully longwinded,
is top notch. He has extensive training on effective marketing
strategies for several mediums and shows you step by step how to
provide value to others.

MMS major downside:
Most of Jonathan's training is self-promoting. You are learning how
to properly market THE SYSTEM, but is often cleverly disguised as
personal branding. I even saw a sig. link on THIS forum reading...

"Want to know how I brand myself and earn 14 income streams?"

It was a domain with this guy's name and went straight to the
default MMS capture page with JONATHAN BUDD's VIDEO!

In perspective...
If you can keep the direction of Jonathan's training in check, there
is some high quality content to be gained. But there is also a lot of
fluff.

LSP has dynamite webinars with guest speakers every week and allows
you to invite guests. Jonathan's webinars are less frequent, usually do
not have guests, and are only open to members.

I have gotten sign ups for LSP and several people interested in joining
just from having them sit in on the webinars. However, I promoted
MMS with my own capture page and my own video on PPC with
dismal results. $80, 8 leads, 3 immediate unsubscribes and NO conversions.
And I'm no PPC slouch.

The future of systems...
I think I put this in another post about systems, but seems relevant
here as well. With the increasing popularity of these systems, more
people will start to recognize the supplied pages and lingo used. Those
who have been over-exposed to the system and said no before will
eventually dis-credit you and move on, especially in PPC.

So it seems, to me anyway, that systems themselves will eventually need
to be a back-end promotion. They still have value, for sure, but every
Tom, Dick, and Suzy is out there trying to do it, and you have to prove
to your prospect why they should choose you first.

I highly respect Bravo's opinion, and even consider him my friend.
However, I am going to differ and suggest that LSP has the edge over MMS.
The webinar training is more powerful, more regular, and set up as a HUGE
recruiting tool for your warm market.

It all boils down to what YOU need at this point. I have derived substantial
value from BOTH systems in completely different ways.

And in response, I also have additional training.

Yes my feelings exactly. I love JB's work and I have watched him rise for 12 months now. I love his systems and have gleaned many profitable ideas from him.

But I agree with your comment. My belief is that you are better off creating yoru own systems from the word go.

Or better yet, get into these systems and learn what they do but also create your own in the process as well.

At some point in your future if this is a career for you, you are going to have to create your own systems. Full stop.

Creating your own systems are part of the self branding thing, and while I know you can self brand yourself with these ready-to-go systems, in the end they don't completely brand you.

I met Jonathan when he and I first got started on line. He was in his first MLM and called me about it. That was a couple of years ago and He has done very well for himself since then. In the beginning he was on the phone and in the forums full time. His plan was to fill himself up with knowlage and then mine the gap between what he knows and you don't. That is still a good plan. He also planed to rub elbows with the best of the best. Still a good plan. He wrote constantly, did webinars and built teams in different MLM's. What works for him could work for you. He is and was comitted. That is the requirement.

This is why I recommend the Mastermind system so enthusiastically. Jonathan is a personal branding genius, and as a member, all students who study him have the ability to achieve the same exact results as he has.

While it may seem like a clever disguise, it is actually a brilliant marketing strategy, and is a very helpful tool for those who have little to no marketing experience. As a newbie, you can market the system, brand yourself, and piggy back of Jonathan's success at the same time.

The captures pages are designed so that you can, in fact, use your own videos or leave Jonathan's in place if you are just getting started. I can't explain Bravo's link, I personally would not advertise that way, but if someone is new, this is a really great way to get started quickly. You can be up and going in minutes, and then work on your marketing/branding strategy with your upline.

I have been using the Mastermind system since January, and I have seen Jonathan put more heart and soul into this baby than some other big name marketers making probably just as much or more than he does. I believe he really is commited to the excellence of his product and the success of his Mastermind students.

I think the power of the systems, MLMMS & MLMLSP, is that both camps have done a superb job at creating a turnkey system that anyone can get started with immediately and leverage the marketing prowess of the very talented individuals who created their respected systems.

For instance with me, I'm one of those guys who has a link that goes to a landing page with Jonathan's video on it. I even have it in my signature, almost verbatim of what JT said.... hey! Wait a minute.... were you dissing me there buddy????

Anyway, for me, that is exactly what drew me to using a system like this to begin with.... speed of implementation. I was online and running 3 campaigns in less than an hour... BOOM! I didn't have to create a bunch of videos, ad copy for landing pages, develop a tracking system and cms for my back office, etc, etc. As a tech geek I can, but as a business "owner" I chose to leverage a system that was already producing proven results and use it to my gain and benefit.

This same speed of implementation is exactly what is making it so easy to hand down to my team and empower them to get started and put it to use just as quickly.

Now yes, it is branding Jonathan; for now and my results will be skewed for a period until I brand the system myself. I'm in the process of developing my videos and my own branding material. As a matter of fact I'm working towards creating my own system all together. However with an "out of the box" system like these, I don't have to WAIT to get something started until I create all of that material.

Now if you already have marketing collateral that can be dropped in from the get go, then by all means I would say put your videos in and brand yourself immediately. Create your own landing pages. Any "guru" worth a grain of salt would tell you to actually work towards eventually developing your own custom system built around your own brand, (I am not claiming to be a guru) it's internet marketing 101.

These systems level the playing field so to speak for ease of entry and implementation for newbies to get started quickly with minimal experience, cost or technical skills required. I don't consider myself a "n00b," I've been an entrepreneur for over 16 years and have built million dollar businesses from scratch. As an entrepreneur I have my hands in many projects and many of them running simultaneously, so I am always seeking "systems" and processes that can make this more efficient. Like I said, as a business owner, this was the smart choice for me.
