I know where you are coming from.

Mike Dillard has several products that can help you in your current situation. If you lack sponsoring skills ,Mike has a great resource called "Black Belt Recruiting" You'll learn how to approach your prospects and take control when being on the phone .

Brush up on your copyright and telephone skills and you'll have a better turn out.

My man, you are missing the obvious strength that you do have sitting right there in your face. You know how to generate leads. I can show you a dozen "experienced" mlms that have no clue how to do just that. How do they know you're a newbie? You must have said it at some point. Stop doing that. Keep the conversation focused on the prospect's goals. If they don't want to learn from you a guy that knows how to keep people looking at his business, they can learn from an "experienced" guy that will tell them to use the 3-foot rule lol. You got it brother, you just don't know how to position your value. Learn that and you're set.

I know what you are going through. I have been trying for over 2 years to become successful. I did not have any luck until I found something that has benefited me tremendously. If you would like more information please contact me.

Hi Hasse, my name is Richard.
First of all welcome. You have made a wise decision to participate in this forum and become part of the community. A critical step to becoming a leader is associating with "like minded" people to increase your value. Kudos!

Secondly, in life, I believe, any trial you encounter is actually a gift. Your "weak" areas are being presented to you and you now have an opportunity to act upon it. This is the process of growing and will never stop. So cherish the gift and learn to recognize it as such. Doing so will begin to instill a "winning" "growth inspired" mentality and that of a leader... which is what people are looking for.

Not wanting to work with a n00b is simply a way of people saying that they need someone they can trust to help them get from point A to point B. So don't take it personal and work to change that image of yourself.

Step 2 is to work diligently on building your value. As Jim Rohn puts it, "No one is paid for time. Everyone is paid for value in the marketplace." Everyone is valuable as a human being; of course. However our value in the marketplace is something far different and can be manipulated in our favor to no end. Our income is a direct measure of the value we provide to the marketplace. The network marketing industry is brutally honest in this measurement.

So my advice to you is to work on your STATE. Tony Robbins teaches us that our success is in direct proportion to our STATE (mindset or state of mind). "If you believe, then you will achieve."

Others say "I'll believe it when I see it."
I like to say "You Will See It, When You Believe It!"
Be a leader RIGHT NOW. Act like a leader. Talk like a leader. Think like a leader. Work like a leader. Read like a leader. Learn like a leader. Network like a leader. Present yourself AS a leader and HELP other people like a leader.

If you don't already have one, here is a list of my favorite resources for developing the mindset of a leader (something I posted in an earlier thread + extras):

REQUIRED READING:
Think and Grow Rich, The Magic of Believing, The Magic of Thinking Big, Power of Positive Thinking, How to Win Friends and Influence People, The Richest Man in Babylon.

Favorites From My Personal Library:
The Secret, Anything from Tony Robbins, All of the Rich Dad books, Maui Masterminds, Become a Better You, the Law of Success in 16 Lessons, How To Be Rich (J.Paul Getty), The Millionaire Maker, Little Black Book of Connections, Little Platinum Book of Cha-Ching!

Next...
Turn off the tv and the radio and stay away from the news and news papers for the next 30 days. Don't debate this, JUST DO IT. At the end of 30 days come tell me if you think it was a dumb suggestion.

Audio / Video:
Get The Edge: Tony Robbins - CDs
Personal power: Tony Robbins - CDs
Maximize the Moment: T.D. Jakes - CDs & DVDs
The 4 Hour Work Week: Timothy Ferris - CDs
The Secret - CD
The Science of Getting Rich - Wallace Wattles - CD

I encourage people to get your favorite books on CD because you can listen to them in your car, while you work, while you clean, etc. Have these playing all the time around your house and in your car especially if you drive a lot. Put the books in your bathroom, next to your bed, next to the couch, in the living room, everywhere. When ever you have a few minutes to read (like going to the bathroom) , pick up a book.
LEADERS ARE READERS!

And by no means am I implying that you neglect a solid meditative time everyday to clear your mind and rejuvenate, I think it is a must. What I am saying is turn off the TV, do not read newspapers or main stream news publications. Saturate your mind with only positive, mind expanding literature that focuses on YOU becoming a better YOU and the YOU that YOU want to be. Once you achieve that in your life, then you can read the news.... but my guess is that you won't want to anyway.

One More Thing...
If you "view" the people in your area as "difficult," then again, your "state" or your perception of these people will be true (for you, in your reality). Change your mindset and how you view them, and you will change your reality.

Do what leaders do and think as leaders think.
Change your state and everything else will simply be a matter of details and time.

Hey Beverley.... just a suggestion but try adding value to the forum before you start pitching your program. If you found something that has benefited you in your journey and it applies to the conversation then share your experience and offer advice based on such. But this isn't the place for soundbites and commercials.

Hi hasseandre,
You know I had the same problem you are experiencing a few years ago, and don't think for a minute that you are alone, over 90% homebased marketers are failing. I know of only one company that can help you with your problem, and the solution may suprise you because its not getting new "menbers" Its truly a 21st century model. Watch the presentation that made a beleiver out of me, and let me know what you think.

best of luck to you,

Hi Hasse, welcome to networking!

This is an education ... give yourself time and if you make money before 6 months, that's a bonus. What to do in that time?

- Build your profile (benchmark your blog with the best guys on BN)
- Get networked on social media
- Contribute value
- Start relationships
- Keep the goal clear
- Read this so you don't lose your way http://www.betternetworker.com/articles/view/business-focus
- Believe

Remember Success knows no boundaries or bounds. I'm in India, working worldwide.
“...principles that will help you grow, not only in business but in life... in this well written treatise.
No networker should be without this book.”

Hi Hasse,
Firstly I would like to say well done in making your decision not to quit but asking for help, this shows your determination as most people fail because they just give up. Adam has provided you with some excellent feedback, take it on board and I'm sure it will help. I happened to look at your website and I see there's nothing in the free gifts section and is your homepage the same as your success page? I would add something more to the homepage, make it personal showing how much knowledge YOU actually have to give. Also I see there is a section for your newsletter, are you sending regular news to your subscribers? As people joined because they wanted info from you, they will look elsewhere if they do not receive regular contact from you and doubt whether to you being the real deal. I hope you take this feedback on board and best of luck. Waseem
