How many of you are completely satisfied with yourself as a person let a lone a Business Leader?


Personally I'm happy with my life although I know there is always room for improvement and that goes for me as a Business Leader as well. There was a point in my life while I was struggling in the MLM world that I got desperate. I was working my butt off to make little if any progress. I couldn't take it anymore. This was the point where I usually had thrown up my hands and said "I GIVE UP!" Well, this time I didn't and I got real. I actually started to invest some time and effort in building myself up as a person and as a Business Leader. I realized that If I wanted to succeed I needed to add value to myself. I realized I didn't have the skills to position myself as a leader and couldn't expect people to trust me unless I got some real leadership skills.


So What Did I Do?

I went to the book store and bought a book on Business Leadership. When I was done with that I bought another and another. Now I didn't just leave it there. I actually wrote down the opportunities I saw for myself to grow and actively applied the skills I was learning to my life and business. I bought CD sets by Tony Robbins. Not only did I listen to them in full I listened to them over and over. I participated in all the "homework" that Tony assigned. AND the key to all of it is I took ACTION and applied what I was learning. I couldn't believe the growth I saw in my life. I got promoted at my job, my personal business started to grow... The list goes on.


So What's The Point?

The point is you need to add value to you if you expect to become a business leader. The bottom line is If you're not willing to put effort into yourself people will never follow you. How can you expect them to buy products from you or join your downline if they don't see you as a person of value? They have the same business pitched to them by countless people all saying the same thing to them. People join people who can enrich their lives and lead them to succeed themselves, not businesses or products.

Each month I will put out a short book or course review that I have read and recommend. If you choose you can read them as well.


Now it's time to separate the wheat from the chaff !

Those that will become successful business leaders will take action and add value to themselves. The rest will fall to the floor and be swept away by the next generation of opportunity seekers.

I don't see enough articles like yours where persistent personal development is encouraged. I would hope that as more and more network marketers move online, they will not abandon this critical element of success. To grow your business, grow yourself!

Although that is true, people won't have the desire to be involved with you and your business if you have no value to offer to them.

This is basic Magnetic Sponsoring in action. Create value in yourself. Others will see you as valuable to them and their success.

Simple process that requires effort. Funny that most people don't take the effort.

I think good Leaders attract other good leaders as well. Good leaders recognize leadership. Good leaders also realize they don't know everything and they can always learn a thing or two from others. Therefore Good Leaders can also attract other Good leaders.

People's egos may prevent them from feeling they can learn anything or that they have more value and no one else has what they can offer. Donald Trump is a good business leader. He has been attracted by other leaders into business partnerships all the time.
