An Amazing Day in BookWise History

Postby Bob Gatchel on Sun Dec 02, 2007 1:40 am

Hey BookWise Buddies!

Today is December 1, 2007 - an amazing day in the history of BookWise.

Today our online bookstores are live and working! You can see an example of mine at this website:

Bob Gatchel's BookWise Bookstore

Isn't that a great looking site? I mean ... this has a great professional feel AND offers our shoppers and prospects pricing that competes with the other "online big boy bookstores"! (It's also a GREAT recruiting tool folks!!!!)

THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING and will take BookWise to amazing new heights for the associates that "catch the vision" and really use this tremendous program to build their business!

We are putting what I call "The Amazon Effect" to work for ourselves! We can sell over 1.5 Million books, DVD's, Movies, Video Games, Music, and college textbooks - and as "bookwise bookstore owners" we are able to PROFIT from the sales instead of paying it to "the other guys! Not to mention that as part of BookWise, a portion of every sale is donated to charity. SO you are not only personally benefitting financially from sales from your bookstore ... but you are helping OTHERS as well!

This is the ultimate win-win! AND REMEMBER this is just an ADDITIONAL PART of the existing Bookwise Compensation Plan ... that is already helping associates create some impressive income streams!

It just keeps getting better and better and better!

Bottom line folks ... we have a unique window of time to really capitalize on this great new tool. RUN with it and you are gonna be amazed!

PS - we've already run a message out to our list of prospects about the bookstore and we're already getting RAVE REVIEWS ... and SALES of products from it! Whoo HOOO!

Customize your new site!

Postby Dave Pyke on Sun Dec 02, 2007 2:15 am

Customize Your Site!

Here's is a tidbit for all associates; On your front page, your information and your story will be displayed. If you go to your back office you can re-write your story to accommodate the new space on the right. For example, I put up this week's top 10 lists of books and a picture with noted author Mark Victor Hansen. This customization helps give your new customers some ideas of what books to get for the holidays and more! Just remember to put in manual returns in your story because the width of the space is about 190 pixels.

You can see how I customized my site very easily at:

This is Great Day for all BookWise Associates and Customers! Thanks for the great work from all the programmers and engineers at BookWise!

Email me if you have questions on how to do this!

Hey Dave ...

The site looks great! Yeah, there are some "nuances" on customizing your site and yours looks FANTASTIC!

And ... as an aside ... I SWEAR we were standing only like three people away from each other in a book signing line at convention (I saw you on a picture someone took of me). Sorry that we didn't talk then :) NEXT CONVENTION! hee hee

Hi Bob,

I believe I saw you too. I spent a lot of the time with my BookWise Associate, Kim Law and her Guide Dog Effie

I also figured how to change your personalized name at the tope of your new site: Go to "Contact Info" in the back office, and enter your custom name in the first field. For example, my name now reads "Wizard of Books" BookWise Bookstore.

Have a great day!

Here I am providing my downline with important information in our own blog.

You asked a great question and I think I'd like to "bump" this to it's own thread but I can put some of that information here.

My most effective marketing method IS the use of the internet, but not in the ways that people think. I use it to help create, foster and "enhance" a relationship online.

YES I do things like:

Blogging ...
Posting to forums ...
Buying leads through BookWisePro ...
Working my own lead lists ...
Generating leads from "self funded proposals" ...
Article Writing ...

And all of these lead to creating a lead flow.

BUT ONCE YOU GET A LEAD, you have to keep on the lead or else it dies a slow, painful death. That's why using BookWisePro as my management system is so helpful. In real estate, I use a program called Top Producer and it keeps my on my toes for keeping in contact with prospects.

EFFECTIVE FOLLOW UP IS MY BEST WAY OF GENERATING BUSINESS!

Yes, I am using a lot of my internet skills to create leads ... and that takes time and not a lot of money. BUT someone with no "internet skills" can spend a little money and get some leads and work them ... and it WORKS.

But keeping the contact brewing and alive is the key to successful recruiting!

Hey BookWisers,

I took a page out of our founders's books and offered a promo that is getting a good response. For all my preferred customers who make a purchase during the next 30 days I am putting them in a drawing for two Utah Jazz tickets. You may want to try something similar. You can see how I set it up at my store www.Books2Die4.com

Who wants to go to Peru ;) ?

What I admire more than seeing a site
go live on 1 December 2007, is seeing
the continued commitment to the vision
which is about to be proven in 2 weeks.

29 January 2008 is a day that will also
be due it's own thread.

See you guys all there for AIM that day!

Cheers,
