Have been trying to purchase MS online and put in the correct CC details also, but cannot reach the finish stage. Can anyone please tell me, if there is some system problem going on or not.

I just checked my back office, I don't see any mention of that happening. Are you sure your filling in everything correctly? What's the error message saying?

Error says, cannot process your purchase, pls double check the CC details and try again. Though I am putting in the correct CC details.

You could register a paypal account with your credit card, and try purchasing it in that method. You'd still be using the same credit card!

Thank you for this post. I just experiment the same problem on friday and today, even if I was live with the bank during the processing on the site of MS. Quite frustrating considering that I always use this CC with success!
Thank you for the suggestion to use paypal, but I am not sure, because I did not see the option anywhere in the site. I will double check.

I tried to deal with the support team of MS but there was of any help at all!

We are mainly having issues with Canadian orders. You need to make sure that the CC info matches EXACTLY as it shows on your credit card statement.

Hi,

I hope this is not totally OT, but I did have the same experience.

If the country is not in the US, you will have problems. I know because I tried ordering from the Philippines, I asked my friend in Canada to purchase for me. Then finally, I got hold of the MS book when my friend in Nevada ordered for me.

It seems like the "State" field is causing it.

When you choose Canada, it displays the state/cities available, and also in the US. But in the Philippines it doesn't. You can choose "Other" but it won't accept the payment and display the same error.

I hope this helps identify some issues.
