Here is a topic that should get your attention. Another opportunity to boast about WHY your MLM is the best. 2 Rules to keep in mind. You must list 3 benefits that you believe your MLM offers that are superior to your competitors' and 3 disadvantages that your company has in the marketplace. Go ahead and list the link to your website and we will compare notes.

3 Pros of being involved with Mandura. It is going to be difficult to stop at 3, but I will play by my own rules. 1) The Product. It is totally unique. The main reason I got involved with Mandura was the product. It does NOT contain any harmful ingredients, preservatives, artificial colors or sweeteners. 2) The company's CEO's are completely committed to making this company successful for the 97% of individuals that have failed in MLM before. They truly do care about their distributors. 3) The compensation plan. The cost is only $30/month to get started and you can earn commission 7 different ways. The best part is the opportunity to earn on 20 different revenue pools. You can literally qualify to earn commission off of EVERYONE that joins the company after you do. AMAZING!

3 Cons of doing Mandura. 1) It is so new that very few people have heard about it yet. 2) As my dear friend, Sandy pointed out, there is no Celebrity name recognition attached to the company. 3) I keep running out of Mandura, so I don't have enough to share with my family and friends.

Here are my pros and cons for Nuriche (with some addendums)

PROS

1. Product - No unnatural ingredients, over 70+ whole live fruits and veggies. It is the ONLY whole food supplement not pasteurized/freeze dried/ or flash dried - this means the live enzymes are preserved. It's like eating the fruits and veggies right off the tree (the produce is harvested immediately after being picked).

2. Management / Structure - This company is a conglomerate of who's whos in Network Marketing. Every single person involved knows what they are doing, better than anyone else. At the very top of this company, is not the board, but instead a charity. Makes you feel great about growing the company.

3. Low Cost Startup / Great PayPlan- At Only $50 for a month supply of product, and no additional sign up fees, Nuriche is creating a very easy to start business for anyone. The comp plan benefits EVERYONE. there is lots of room for helping people, you can position reps under others, with no loss to yourself, and a gain for your other reps! amazing!

CONS

1. New Name - Nuriche is a brand new company on first glimpse. It's not really, as it is formerly URI International, a company who has been around for years. This could also be seen as a benefit as there is a LOT of room for growth and NO saturation.

2. Not a lot of training - They don't really teach you how to market. This is where I come in, I am currently structuring a program for the training of reps to sponsor reps. The product makes sponsoring easy enough, but coupled with my training program, explosive growth is predictable.

3. A little pricey for most - $50 seems like a lot of money to people until you explain to them the daily breakdown. $2/day is easier to market. Also, this is done away with once you explain, you only need 4 people signed up below you to pay for your product. Not bad.

There are a lot of PROS but I will hold it to three:
1. Only site I have found that allows you to market multiply businesses from one place; and wait it gets better, manage all your prospects from any business from one place. The ease of creating different categories for prospects and creating autoresponders specific to each catagory is amazingly simple.

2. Can be used by any business or market. It is not specific to any one market so people in travel can share it with people in telecommunications; can share it with people in health and beauty; can share it with... You are not limited, so as you are marketing your primary business and find someone who may already be involved in another business opportunity you still have something you can share with them.

3. Training and support beyond belief. Within 30 minutes I was up and running with a professional and comprehensive website that included capture pages, video and all my business opportunities presented in an outstanding manner; within one week I had learned to use the online chat effectively and set up categories and autoresponders for any of my prospects; within one month I was a blogger; the blogger training alone is worth the price in gold. By the way a wordpress blog is included and all the training is recorded and easy to use. Finally the support and advice we get from everyone in the company has allowed me to learn a tip or technique every week that has given me the tools to advertise or market for free and get good results.

Bummer that's 3 already

CONS:
1. People confuse it with Go Daddy.

2. While it is very affordable to become a customer and use the system with monthly fees starting at $25.00 per month (there are also $50, $100 and $200 per month options each offers more free leads and additional capture pages and or videos you can use); It gets a little more pricey to become a consultant and begin earning commissions with a fee of $199 to join and then picking a monthly plan (same options as above).
FYI if you only start as a customer you can upgrade at any time to a consultant and you will hold the place you had when you joined. You can also upgrade or downgrade your monthly fee at any time.

3. Took me a little while to completely understand the compensation plan. It is a binary plan so it is super easy once you get it. But it did take me a couple weeks to fully understant it.
