Good evening distinguished ladies and gentlemen of the Better Networker assemblage, glad to be able to speak to you yet once again. I find it hard to believe that many people could care less about what at the end of the day does not stop from being the most important item of one's life: one's own health as well as that of those we care for most. Wealth and all the accolades that come from it are a plus, too, don't get me wrong. However, I've come across some bit of very disturbing news that will unequivocally affect each and every single one of you reading this, and this regardless of whether you're in an MLM company that deals with nutritional supplements or not. It's name is Codex Alimentarius, and it is set to take a hold of the world by the end of this year unless we and all others we make aware of its coming do SOMETHING to stop it on its tracks.

In a thumbnail, this evil contrived by perverse and greed-riddled minds will put an end to the commerce of ALL nutritional supplements on Earth. In addition, it will subject everyone of us to have no other choice than to consume non-organic food (compliments of Monsanto---no wonder this repulsive corporation has as its motto: life, happiness, and health; for they intend to deprive humanity of exactly just that!), and from among other dastardly yet heinous and above all inhuman things in store: to have us eat meat that will be pumped full of hormones and "antibiotics" which will inevitably cause us to become vulnerable to various infections and illnesses. Like as if the situation wasn't bad enough with this economy that's making its way down the toilet, but to have to contend with such evil as this makes the phrase "hell here on Earth" fit the potential scenario like a glove. This is the first I have ever seen or heard of Codex Alimentarius. It's truly frightening, and 99.9% of people I am sure have never heard of it.

By doing a google search you can learn a lot more. It's not good.

The Codex Alimentarius Commission was created in 1962 by two United Nations organizations, the Food and Agriculture Organization and the World Health Organization. It is the body of government representatives and non-governmental organizations charged by the United Nations with establishing a reference for international guidelines on food law. However, it has no power to force its will on any nation. Codex standards are voluntary; no country is obligated to adopt them.

In November 2004, the Codex Alimentarius Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU) reached agreement on the definitions and regulatory guidelines for the worldwide use of vitamins and minerals in food supplements and presented its "Guidelines for Vitamin and Mineral Food Supplements" to the Codex annual meeting in Rome in July 2005. The Codex guidelines form a reference point that may be used in cases of international trade disputes in the area of food supplements. That, in a nutshell, is the extent of its teeth.

Hi David, thanks for sharing your two-cents worth on the subject at hand. Yet I fear that it does not serve to lay the impending chaos to rest. You are aware of how the W.T.O. only serves to undermine the sovereignty of nations, no? And all of this is done to not only augment the strength of capital, but also hoard the riches of nations struck with the "austere recommendations" of this decrepit international organ to Western countries (in particular though, the United States and England). The American government has done much to bypass some of the W.T.O.'s dictates as evidenced by its subsidization of domestic farmers even though it runs contrary to the decree of this international organ. However, you tell me if a country like Honduras or Guatemala or any other small and relatively weak nation could go ahead and replicate what the U.S. does? Nations like Venezuela and Bolivia have recently begun to turn the tide, yet I'm quite certain that the place where it is you draw your information from is more than willing to fall in line with the diluted information from mass-media and classify these as "rogue states."

Moving on then, are you willing to bet that our government is out to try and protect our best interests when stuff like fluoride is deliberately deposited in our water supplies? Or have asperatame pass with the government's authorization depiste the FDA's detailed description of the unwanted side-effects it causes to people that consume it? The bit you present to try and quench the sense of alarm that should be present in each and every living human being states that "vitamins and minerals" will be left untampered, but as far as "dietary supplements" go: their goose is cooked. That is not good news at all, for that entails that nutraceuticals (i.e., nutrients with medicinal powers) stand to be a thing of the past; and with this last, so does then the ability of people to prevent chronic degenerative diseases disappear, too. Also, this poor bit of an explanation fails to acknowledge that 2005 would've not been the last we ever saw or heard from Codex Alimentarius again. For the fact of the matter is that the blasted thing is set to enter into global implementation on December 31, 2009 (that is, towards THIS year's end). Furthermore, how certain are you that whomever wrote that insidious article you cite isn't a shill favoring the New World Order?

Now, you bring about the actual Codex Alimentarius web site. That there is like submitting the web site of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) to us. They talk all pretty and appear to not mean no harm even to flies that pass by, yet the truth of the matter is that these bodies mean everything but good towards us, a generally speaking naiive and unsuspecting people. Trust in them is the equivalent of us placing ourselves in the shoes of the Jewish community in Nazi Germany and "trust" Adolf Hitler when he was setting up the gestapo that we wouldn't be made subject to torture or other heinous things. Sorry, but I just don't fall prey to bits that try and downcast such important things that stand to affect the whole of humanity as simple heresay and conjecture. This is strongly documented stuff, and the spotty track record of our so-called leaders that indubiously fold at the whim of capital speaks volumes about how far the stanglehold of the wealthy over us wants to extend. What we have unfolding right before our very eyes is the realization of Geroge Orwell's "1984." Nonetheless, so long as vigilant and caring individuals like yours truly tread this God-given Earth of ours: those that have sold their soul to Satan in exchange of earthly pleasures and intend on having the lot of us submit to the same temptation and perdition can rest assured that they will be stopped dead in their tracks! Hi Rudolfo, Wally here. You have touched another nerve, and in the process opened a few eyes(I Hope).
What compounds the problem, is this; three of Obama's Czars are advocating expanding UN and WTO authority over US laws and subordinating US Laws to international law. Time is growing extremely short to take action.

If we keep stiring the pot, maybe we can get some action out of our fellow BNr's.
