Hi Michael. Wally here. First of all, thank you for your service. I hope it all went well for you. I felt compelled to respond to your well thought out reply. One thing that should be noted, and that is no political party is immune from blame. As Lou Dobbs so eloquently states "Both parties are nothing more than two wings of the same bird". My postings, though seemingly directed at one party and it's leader, my only concern is what is happening to our system of government. Since the most radical transformation is being directed by the Democrates, then they are the ones who deserve the blame.
Michael, since we both served, let me direct you to my post The Oath Dishonored. It will clearly explain my motives and concerns.

Re: Obama's Army?
Gentlemen, May I first give you both the sincerest thanks for the sacrifices you made to help maintain my families freedoms.
I think you both state very honest and straightforward views. I agree with Wally though in that the dems are taking things to a place that was and should never be a part of our government.
Government has a place; national defense and infrastructure (roads etc...); but does not have a place in my medical well being or controlling my right to bear arms. I want to be able to continue to make and allow my children and their children to make their own decisions.
We cannot sit back now and let things happen. Now is a time to tell the government and all politicians no matter which party to stay our of our business. Reread the constitution and let's all get back to the business of changing, molding and improving our future.
