Remko, I hate to be like Simon Cowell on American Idol and be so negative but you asked for advice.

The first thing I saw was the video was over 13 minutes long! It has to start off powerful and stay powerful to keep the attention of people today. Yours did not do that for me. Sorry.

The second thing is that most people now are looking for a LEADER and not a company or compensation plan. There are tons of both but people want to know how you can help them succeed.

I did not continue to watch the video but these are the 2 things I saw right off. Hope this helps and maybe others who comment here will see things a bit different than me.

Thanks mate for the honesty. That is why I posted. I'll try to condense it.

The video is company neutral though. It's just to give newcomers sort of a guide as to what to look for.

Any other suggestions? Anyone else?

I am going to agree with Steve, Remko. It was too long... Not that the information wasn't good, though. I endured the 13 minutes to see what you had to offer. Good content, if that is what you are looking for as a beginner just starting out. I will be someday making my first video and would appreciate some feedback when I do... Good or bad we learn from those these things to improve ourselves, that is why we are here...
