Again, thank you everyone for the amazing advice. I love seeing how different people work their business!

Since I have a full time J-O-B while I'm building my career, I can pretty much only make calls in the evening. I sent an email to all of my leads (seperately of course) stating that I'll be calling them either tonight or tomorrow and asking each of them to look at my site. I put a specific time on there so they should be expecting my call.

Is this a good lead-in to use to call people? I know they may not check their email before I call, but I was thinking I could start out with "I'm giving you a call as I promised to do in my email." Then they can go back and see that I actually did send an email.

Thank you for the scripts and play-by-plays you all have offered as well. It's definitely awesome information and I'll be sure to keep you updated with the methods I used and what worked for me!

Hi..I would suggest you get Black Belt Recruting. These are warm leads and this course really shows you how to handle these calls professionally.

Let me say something else:

I didn't come up with this formula. My mentor in Leaders Club was the one who actually came up with it. He routinely sponsor 200 plus people a year.

Just to clear the air, LOT of advice has been given! I am not sure where or what everyone has learned what they have learned but let me show you the way that talk with my leads when I follow up with them. In my best year I sponsored over 90 people using this method.

Before you get on the phone there are two things you MUST understand. Posture and Control. You must control the call. You are the one asking the questions. You have to position yourself as the expert. What you have that the prospect wants is important. They want to find out if the information you have will enable them to reach their goals.

Here is the breakdown of communication:

Get Information, Give Information, Get a Commitment

When you call you say:

Hey Betty, I was call because you request information. I want to talk with your about your wants and need in find a business. Is right now a good time? (if not set an appointment to speak)

The first question: Why did you respond? (You are trying to find out where the PAIN is in their life) What has you looking for a home based business?

The MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION OF ALL: What is the biggest challenge in your life? People wouldn't have responded to your ad/website/etc. if they were living their ideal life!!!! Once they identify the challenge ask them how much MONEY it would take to solve this problem.

Truthfully all we can offer them is a way to make money. They will have to solve their problems on their own!

Then ask them how much money they want to make in the next 90 days. The reason you ask this is it gives you a VALID REASON to follow up with them to see how they are doing on their goals if they do not choose to get involved with you.

Here is the key part of everything: ASSIGN THEM HOMEWORK! Again posturing and control of the call is key to do this.

What you want to says is: Here is some homework to help you in accomplishing your goals of XYZ and I want to help you in making the BEST DECISION FOR YOU what I want you to do is go to my company website and write down three things that our company offer that will enable you to reach your XYZ goal.

Then set a time to follow up.

If they have other questions tell them you will answer them on the next call.

Follow up call is easy:

They will have sold themselves on the business or they are not ready at this time.

You start the call pretty easily: What 3 things did you come up with?

Then answer questions after everything is answered ask them if there is any reason why they wouldn't get started today.

I would say that you should contact them and tell them where you got their information from, if it was for a business opportunity just explain that is what you do. People often opt into getting information but forget, so build that trust with them, after all you are a stranger calling them.

You don't have to be nervous think of it as calling a colleague, don't start cracking up jokes etc remember you have to sound professional.

Remember the call is about you-not the opportunity! Don't make it sound like a sales call, explain what you do, when you started etc any achievements you have earned.
Make bullet points and keep them to hand, if you feel the conversation isn't going right just refer back to them. It's a technique and once you do it a few times it will seem natural. Remember to call back and ask what their thoughts are.

Part of my success is knowing my strengths and weaknesses. I'm horrible at spelling and word context so I have an English professor in my network. Whenever I'm writing a letter to a client I always have her proof read my document. I'm great at articulating vision but I need someone to make sure it's in proper English.

Maybe you've been good at obtaining leads and now have someone you trust; turn your leads into sales.

Hi Kristina this is Frank Gorka Here what I recommend is watching these videos I made for you. Make sure you right click and save as to your desktop.

Then ask them these questions with confidence if your in a MLM business. Also another way to build your confidence is to say these questions in the mirror.

Also I would open up the conversation by asking them.

Hi this is Kristina with _______________ I wanted you to know I got your request for more information
on a home base business from home.

Then ask them----Do you have 10 minutes or so that I could interview you to see if you and I will be a good fit or not?

Wait for reply---First ONE SPEAKS HERE LOSES

Then say ok then lets begin

Then ask these questions below Kristina

1. Why Have You Decided To Have A Home Base Business.

2. What has made you motivated to take action now.

3. What Qualities would you bring to my team.

4. Tell me Why should I invest my time in you

5. How Much Income Are You Looking To Make With
Your New Business From Home.

I know Kristina if you will apply what I have here for you it will get you
through the fear of what to say to them on the phone.

Look at it this way... You're a mom. You know when the kid needs attention from time to time. It's the same with leads. Keep it simple.
