I would add to your list, there is no duplicatable system in place.
People are not duplicatable.

Hi Sandy,

Every business opportunity does not equal every other business opportunity. Your choice has to make you passionate.

Also, we have to be fair: If yahoo and Microsoft have the right to beta test software, then the average person has the right to beta test a business project. Some people don't know if business operation is really for them - but they try.

They want success, but don't realize the commitment. They try and then say, "I would rather be working for a paycheck." That's OK, its a personal choice.

I don't call that failure, just a choice. Besides every successful business person in history had many "failures."

People don't succeed simply because they NEVER START - they go through life dreaming of being successful!

And, IF they finally work it out and DO start, they don't persevere long enough to see real results!

They DO NOT do what it takes to be a success.

Well said.

Fear.

Fear that is behind all the lack-of-action of so so many new network marketers.
Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of what others will think of you.

Most don't even realize they are fearful. they just come up with alot of other "productive" things to do that keep them from doing their business or from doing it effectively.

If you don't even know that you are fearful, it is hard to combat.

Fear and lack of motivation/desire are on my top two reason list.

I’d like to suggest another source of fear that can lead to inaction.
I know personally that I have high hopes for success. I don’t expect it immediately, or to come easily.
Getting fully behind implementation brings the possibility of having my hopes dashed.
I could deal with failure but the loss of hope…

Here's from 50 clients reply, after I got them to stop doing what they doing and asked them..

"Listen, you have been going round circles. Something is not right. Either you be honest and tell me straight, right now - what is it that is getting you BUSY on courses and more courses. And creating an creating and not launching? It doesn't take 8 months to write a freakig 10 newsletter for your autoresponder. What is it or I can't help you?"

Answer, from everyone of these 50 clients and it comes up ALL the time. Not in same words but near enough...

"The reason why I've been so busy on more courses, and not enough implement to finish and launch, is fear. Fear of success. That I may not handle it."

One client explained even more, saying that they knew they were getting close and felt...sick, real nervous, to the point of paralysis.

It's fear.

One can perserver but this perservering can also be a..PAYOFF to never launch, or do the money making activities.

Too many people today expect instant success. In my opinion this set them up for failure. There is a definite period of learning and its different fro everyone. The online arena is a whole new playing field and in most cases it is a new array of skill-sets to be learned.

Giving any endeavor only 1 to 2 months to succeed is suicide for that endeavor, it takes longer than that. In a lot of cases you are not even set up properly until almost a month, then you have to learn all the skills, and whether people are new or not so new, there is a whole new way to talk to people, about what you are selling.

i think why people fail is because they just aren't determined enough. If you don't give up you will never fail. People perhaps do listen to others but the trick is to continuously educate yourself and learn more and more

I believe fear is number one because it can prevent you from taking action, interferes with persistence and consistency and prevents you from having clarity when it comes to determinining what is hype and what is solid.

Then would come belief and mindset. This tends to go hand in hand with fear but is definitely separate. If you have the mindset and faith to keep going and your willing to face and work through the fears you will get to where you want to be...

there is a learning curve called experience but there is with anything worthwhile.
