they give you access to their list by allowing you to submit your promotional messages to them and then sending them out to their subscribers. This way, you get to basically "rent" their subscribers for your offer. You pay them usually on the list size and quality, and later you can ask them to become "affiliates" where they only collect a percentage of sales (if you can convince them your offer does well).

the website i linked you to, DirectoryofEzines.com has lots of lists you can check out and find one suitable for your offer.

and if you aren't happy with the choices there, you can search for other Ezine Directories.

can u be more specific cuz i dont know what to search in ezine, and what you mean that people selling there email list? or what?
cuz what i ment is to use people's lists instead of create one of my own...and to work in this platform.

try finding an ezine list. DirectoryofEzines.com for example has such lists. you can do a quick search and find more. there are lists there that allow you to start for about $150 and access several thousand names.

hii i have some business plan that will work in awesome way in mail lists, and i dont want to create my own i want to use other's mail lists, how can i do it,simply by connecting with them and offer them a deal?
its something that people do?
and how to nagotiate with them?
you can post here or in my inbox,i want to post the offer here too so i want to know how.
