One of the things you really need to watch out for is the tendency to start "managing" a business that does not exist yet. Meaning there are lot of ways to waste time - setting up CRM programs, programs that give you a visual view of your genealogy, setting up team training sites... etc., etc., etc., that are not necessary or need for a long time. I've learned over the years to focus more on sponsoring and recruiting and, eventually, you'll find it starts to get tough to stay in contact with 100+ people.... then it's time to go add tools.
Until then... just fiddling.
