Leads and prospects, I hear those words thrown around a lot. Who is who. Maybe someone can tell me what the difference is?
My understanding is a lead is just a name, email, and phone number. Some one you know nothing about.
A prospect is someone you have qualified for your business.
Is that correct?
If it is correct maybe some of you can tell me the questions you ask and/or the process you use to qualify someone.
