Chances are if you are doing these activities, there's not a lot of growth in your MLM. Why? Because you are unique in what you bring to the table and you will get the unspoken "I can't do what you are doing" roadblocks.
And your new recruits you attract with a similair drive, persistent attitude, ability to be consistent, will take months or years to get to the level of knowledge you have (if ever)!
Traditionally 85-95% of your organization will not have that drive to make huge money. They want to make their mortgage payment each month. They want to make enough to buy groceries each month. Of those 85% some will simply want to buy product and have it paid for.
If the methods you are using to build your business don't include a simple, easy to follow system for those people, you're leaving 85-95% of your potential income in the dust.
