Hi Gil,

Sounds interesting. Please add me on Skype (by ID NOT general search... there's ONLY one of my ID) to discuss how we could possibly do some business: john_boyd

Is is not a coincidence?

I just hung up...I was talking over the phone with Gil Ortega...since he invited me to be part of his new venture in a very well known loss weight MLM company.

Gil is very good at what he does.

Just curious about this coincidence.

You all be well,

Thanks Mike, it’s been a long time.
It’s good to be here. I hope I can add value to the forum.

LeadMesh is a father and son team, Don & John. They have great support too.

If you want any help pushing out a buyer lead campaign, let me know. I have a solid biz opp publisher network.

And I doing a ton of Tele-CPA, which have zero fraud, great re-bills, and really low daily minimums, around 50 leads per day. And is cost about 25% less than internet generated leads.

Roger -

Thanks. Short sale leads are hot. It's a sub-vertical of biz opp that I'm not in. I have several friends in the market and doing well. I'd be happy to help you for free, as long as it can be done here on the forum. If it requires confidential talks, I'd say it best to buy my coaching program at $1,200. I have had a few dozen students who have gone through it and a handful of them I now work with, we now do millions a years together.

Either way, let's start here in the forum first and detail how do build a bigger business out of what you're already doing.

Cool?

Gil

Gil.Hi!

Great tools my friend.

I got involved in a huge Real Estate platform...wish you can generate tons of leads in the Short Sales, Foreclosures, Mortgages, Loans, and even Investors niches...I was wondering what to do with all these leads beside offering my products and services.

I can even share the platform with 200 other people...that will be able to generate leads in their own hometown and share them(the leads) with each other.Gil excuse my English...I wish I can speak and write English as well as you do even though you came from Spanish descendants.

Gil...I would like coaching or mentoring to generate leads in the "Lose Weight" and in MLM fields...if you are so kind and have a room for a dumb newbie like me please send me a private message to let me know your rates.

Be well,

Roger Aburto.

Lead Management Tools I Use

Here are a couple good lead management tools. (this is not an ad, just advice;)

http://getdashboard.com/
This tool is super easy to use and cheap. This is want you can use it for...
let's say you have a web site or lead source for good real time leads, and you want to use some of the leads for your self and sell some for a profit to a client. If you have an account, which is under $15, and your client has an account, you can deliver leads to them with out showing your source. Fairly simple and effective.

http://leadmesh.com/
This is a serious lead management tool. You can run a huge business with this app. It has a ping tree, APIs for very slick lead delivery and a co-reg ad server. I run one path with this tool, it's great. It does cost $250-$300 per month. I my opinion it's totally worth it, 7 years I built an app that cost me six figures and it does basically the same stuff. Crazy how things change.

I hope it's ok to talk about resources and tools I use to make money. I'm not making money promoting these tools, I just figured it could help people in the forum. If this is not good, just let me know. I'll stop.
