It's taken a lot of time and work to get to PR3 but what is the next step to get beyond my PR3 Holding? Any suggestions or comments sure would be helpful. Thanks!

As to how to do this, that's a whole SEO lesson in of it self...

For starters, write good articles that's interesting to read and submit them to trusted directories.

P.S. Bear in mind that there's no direct relationship between PRs and high rankings (you'll find lots of top search engine results w/ 0/10 PRs)... Don't lose sight of the fact that you want high rankings and not just high PR.
