To get you ad approved on facebook is totally different from Google. You cant promise some thing or the ad will be dis approved .
Example of a bad ad : make 2000 dollars and get 2000 leads in one month (promise )

Example of good ad :Learn step by step how I made 2000 dollars while getting 2000 leads in one month(story)

Tell a story instead of promising some thing , and your ad might get approved hope this helps .

I guess, you mean how to write a better title for a face book post, because as far as my knowledge is concerned, facebook advertisement (shown at the right side bar) are paid ones (and very expensive too). And they won't care what tagline (within the law) you are using for the advertisement if you are paying sufficient money to them.
