Well said Marius.

Fernando and Ray also personally arranged probably one of the most successful MLM Summits EVER in Las Vegas last year for which I flew over from London for because I was a previous customer of theirs.
(And unless you have been living in a cave for the last week, you will see that they are doing it again this year!)

So I got an alert on my phone saying that someone was slandering my good name.

First of all, waking me up from my tequila induced slumber is "no bueno" and puts Ferny in a "malo" mood.

But I won't stoop to his level, I'll just respond in a reasonable and diplomatic way. After all, I use to run this website and still have the power to delete people, but I'll leave that to the powers that be to decide if this guy has the potential to help, instead of tearing down.

First if all, this post was done over 3 years ago and even at that point, my mentor and friend, Jerry West, also believed that LSI had merit. He's debunked it as we have since through testing. In our training, we state that LSI can be used for keyword tools to find synonyms for keywords in markets, but not part of the Google Algorithm.

Since then many SEO's have humbled themselves and said they jumped the gun, but through testing that philosophy was corrected. Jerry did it. We did it and others.

Over the years we've taken on many SEO clients - small and multi-million dollar businesses. We have an entire division of our company devoted consulting and a team of local and overseas workers run on an entire model derived from what we've learned from Jerry West, Jon Keel, Russell Wright and many others.

I think anyone can see by all the people coming to our defense, that we have served people in this industry well, helped them get great results, and many of whom have been able to retire as a result of what they created with what we taught them.

That's all the proof needed.

I recommend the gentleman stirring things up here to put down his SEO studies and pick up a book on fostering alliances and relationships because he just killed many possibilities for himself here. I guarantee no one in this industry will ever hire him for SEO or seek his advice, (no matter how good he is), because all anyone has to do is point at this thread and allow them witness his immaturity and character.

His continued participation on this thread in the manner he's doing it will do nothing but kill any opportunities he ever had in working in this industry. From this point on, any time he spends putting stuff on BN will only serve to waste his time, as he should probably move on to a more welcoming environment for his rants.

Now if you excuse me, I have some sleep to catch up on. ;-)

-Ferny

P.S. I was actually awake and working. I just pretend to be a sloth to have fun with people. But I do love tequila, but as I get older... may have to downgrade to beer. ha ha. :-)

Let's be absolutely clear here, this thread Google Search Algorithm Cracked is an overstatement and is as ambitious in what it suggests as it is in curtailing many to think that Google Search Algorithm can ever be cracked...Ferny no pun intended man, but I get charged when I read this stuff and see that it can cause a lot of harm in the belief systems of many who think GOOGLE is even solve-able. It's not, LSI is dated and eventually became what we all now know as ADSENSE...Any real SEOer would be pissed to read this as well. As it diminishes the science, art, and hard damn work that is involved in SEO for anybody.

With over 20,000 signals that is used by Google to rank a site it is very irresponsible for anyone to suggest they cracked the code. Now as I read the post I want to caution I am not here to make friends, or build business partners, rubbing the backs of individuals with feel good hype and misinformation is not my style will never be, and yes although I am an incredible SEO specialist who has many clients, I have garnered my position among many as a straight shooter. While many SEO'ers and SEO FIRMS want to gloat and guarantee "FIRST PAGE Rankings". It might come to someone's attention that NO ONE not even myself can guarantee such a thing, this comes from GOOGLE themselves...

http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35291

Has anyone heard of the recent Google "Farmer" Panda Update ? Sure you have and I promise in 3 weeks time there will be e-books, and landing pages sprouting on the net of how "They Beat The Google Panda Update" using a simple system...This is usually how it's done right ?

But Network Marketing and SEO alike are two industries that remind me of "pre-abolishing" a time in our history where slaves were prohibited from learning to read as Slave Owners feared a revolt, feared that empowering an individual with an education makes them stronger, they were RIGHT!

If anyone knows... SEO is an education, but there are "Gurus" that are herald through the misconception, and ignorance of the masses "think slaves who can't read" who pitch systems and silver bullet tactics...

These so called guru's thrive on the celebrity provided by the following of the ignorant, the intellectually impoverished, who know no better than to pursue the "TRUTH"

Network Marketing or MLM is very much the same way. The slave driver simply directs the masses but never empowers through enlightenment, education, for fear that the masses will revolt and claim stake to "HIS or HER" money making niche's . It is by no coincidence that the same people fail in this industry, regardless of the company, compensation plan, or product...simply because they are guilty of being "serial followers" lacking leadership qualities that allows them to seek out on their own, lacking the confidence whether it be of cognitive incapacity or just sheer intimidation of success...In the end the garbage has to be laid ... the truth must be shared....

SEO is a cat and mouse game, every person in this game understands that the KEY to SEO is by keeping the client informed, keeping them educated, and aware of their own ignorance.

A web page that popped up YESTERDAY may not see SEO results for 6 months or more, but for the sake of landing a client, making money, the dishonest SEO EXPERT lies, and prey's on the ignorance of the individual, with a guarantee that is almost criminal "We Can Get You On Page 1", or a dialogue that suggests "PROPRIETARY METHODS" surely this excites an individual, surely their expectations are bench-marked on that statement. Everyone is looking for results right ? Now let me ask ....HOW MANY HAVE ACTUALLY GOT RESULTS...

I learned a while back both in this industry and outside that everything is based on performance, a business model based on performance is what SEO will become...It has in fact made me rich, because I am financially incentived to garner results, the only promise I CAN EVER MAKE TO A CLIENT is ... I WILL COLLECT my 10% based on earnings generated through my SEO efforts....that's it ....

But for the novice who is desperate, for the ignorant enslaved by Network Marketing and SEO, here are some truths that not many SEO experts will share...

20% of SEO is dependent on Domain Age (We Have No Control Of This)
20% of SEO is dependent on Page Rank
10% of SEO is dependent on Backlinks of which 100% of Pagerank if dependent on this metric
50% of SEO is dependent on UNIQUE CONTENT, which is ever more important with the recent ALGO changes.

Unique Content drives backlinks, backlinks drives PAGERANK and Traffic...Nuff Said!

Backlinks that are user generated meaning "profile backlinks", comment spamming, and even possibly BOOKMARKING have diminished value in the NEW WORLD OF GOOGLE ... backlinks within content shows an explicit authentic link, as it is moderated by the WEBMASTER...

EG a link within a pages content is more valuable than a link coming from the comments section, which more times than non carry the no-follow attribute...

But again due to the ignorance of the masses their are guys getting rich selling these techniques that are
1.Outdated
2.Considered Black Hat
3.The main reasons for Google's Update....

So end of story, but the scope of all of this is - Don't sell hope, or the belief that as an SEO expert you are "A SAVIOR" with the abilities to game a system, YOU CANNOT CONTROL....

A real SEO EXPERT will be real with you, and won't even TOUCH A CLIENT or Campaign that is not built around CONTENT...Leave the dollar and the dream to your next business partner ...I for one want, and expect results that stem from a methodical, well explained, and cases where proof of concept can be shared.

I even go as far as sharing my earnings of Adsense not with photoshoped pictures like you see on most sites, but a real live google adsense login..you could find the video in the video section of my profile...all based on real world proof of concept, and not commercialized bull-manure that has run rampant in our industries...SEO and Network Marketing Included...

I'm done...
I AM not an SEO GURU... I prefer SEO SCIENTIST, who loves what I do Providing SEO expertise and common sense without the HYPE, RAH, Learn the real factors of Search Engine Optimization
