That is why a word called "synergy" was created. Teamwork implies that every member of a group contributes something to the team while at the same time bearing responsibility for the team. Synergy is just another big word for symbiotism. Another big word? Not really, it just means sharing.

A team works better if everyone has a contribution to make. A group is just a conglomeration of individuals. Sometimes people mistake the two. In building a team,as rightly stated, there must be a pull towards the same goal.

Ambition in the team is sometimes healthy because it raises the stakes due to competition. This is a good thing because this enables the group to shed off excess baggage and improve efficiency.

Sadly, most internet marketers do it alone. With teamwork, things would be done faster and more efficiently.

Success is not determined by how much money you have but rather on whether or not you have achieved your goals. Everything you do should be congruent with your goals.

Teamwork is leverage.

If you help your team achieve their goals you cannot help but achieve yours.

This weekend my business partner and I went to a Trade Show. We worked together and we came away with quite a few good leads to follow up on.
