Is it just me .... or are you also experiencing this problem?

I am receiving emails from BN about a thread I am "supposedly" following, telling me that a new comment has been made.

Firstly, I am NOT following this thread nor have I asked to be appraised of any comments on it!
Secondly, even if I was, the number of emails I get from BN far exceeds any thread of comments I have ever seen here on BN!
Thirdly, I have now sent a "help" email to BN support THREE times asking them to look into the problem & get it fixed, but to no avail...

Are you also experiencing this bug...or is it just me?
