I like that idea. There should also be a larger focus on those who offer more to the community (like up an coming leaders).

I know there'sa content voting system, but how often is that really used?

I am a newbie, so take this as you may, but that may be a problem. There is a way of promoting good content, but we need to read people's articles & poll them. Some in here are way smarter or make more money than me & may not want to read my articles, but I can never get better at contributing unless people vote my articles. That goes for all the other new people here. I have read some stuff that was very useful, written by new people. Just Saying...
