Wow, this has given me a lot to think about.

I'm new to this home business thing. At what point should I consider s-corp, LLC, etc? (I realize I need to consult an advisor, but I don't want to research one now if I won't need one until 2 years from now -- I'd rather be growing my business! :) )

Tax deductions is something I really try to emphasize to my prospects and those on my team. The real challenge is how to get through to those who have that "deer in the headlights" look. I think a lot of them are afraid (understandably) of getting audited. How do you explain tax deductions?
