I'm sorry this happened to you. This happens much more than you think.

Ever since Google purchased YouTube, they have really tightened down on the MLM and home based business industry.

Many MLMers have got the "Google Slap" with their Adwords account. And now it's happening on YouTube too.

The fact that an anonymous person can get your account shut down is straight up wrong.

Hopefully, YouTube will change this policy in the near future.

What are the reasons? What do they say in the explanation? I have heard that such things happen but I do not know the details. Do they give any explanation at all?

When Youtube killed one of my accounts, they gave no explanation. And they claim they don't have to.
Very dictatorial... But that is how Google works.

Bummer Erica. Getting the boot from Youtube is a biggy, because it really is the best way to get your videos up and exposed to those who would like to view the content you have to share.

Suggestion: Have someone else upload your videos to their youtube acct that is working with you and maybe do some videos with the person helping you so you are both partnering together. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I see nothing wrong with it, and it's just good team work to do so.

Like the others here...sorry to hear about that Erica.

I had my Youtube account suspended about a year ago with no warning whatsoever.

Tried to contact them with absolutely no answer at all. Evidently there was some fine print I missed but for the life of me I have no idea what it is or was.

I only had a handful of videos posted but they were beginning to take hold.

If anyone has a Youtube 'alternative' they think is worthy of looking at, please post your suggestions!
