mshome wrote:Hey guys, you can do it without the shooping cart.

Here's the code:

<? echo $_GET['s1'] ?>

When designing the page just put the code in place of whatever you want replaced - s1 can be replaced with anything, AND the file has to be a .php.

so change the name of your index file to index.php and it should work

The end result is yourdomain.com/?s1=anything

Example - http://mpbmasterminds.com/webinar/?s1=jonmroz (shameless plug - hehe) This is a webinar I created for my team... I think the same as what you're trying to do.

I use dreamweaver to do this.

Hope that helps

Been Trying To Get This Done For A Long Time. Just Doesnt Seem To Work For Me.

I use Kompozer inserted the <? echo $_GET['s1'] ?> on the page using html and also tried php insert.

I saved it as html then changed the file to index.php and then uploaded it but it doesnt show to s1 word i wanted to insert.
any idea where i went wrong?
