Hi

I have joined facebook fanpages and facebook groups. I have noticed that some people can send messages to their fans/group members and it arrives into the 'message' section of the facebook account. And I was told it is the old version of it. Awhile back facebook had these qualities for people creating fanpages and groups, and it is no longer available

Surely one of you guys would have found a way to do this now as well through using app or other tricks. Can you let us know how we can tap into it?

yes messaging is still there they have just cleverly hidden it.
so here you go a quick lesson for you.
1. go to your page as your personal profile (not as page admin)
2. click on edit page
3. click on marketing
4. in the list that comes up, 6th one down is send update
