I know a lot of you will know this, but I see a lot of Pages that don't use it so I thought those that don't know might be interested to know how to set up a username for your Facebook Page (you need to have 25+ fans first). This will mean you can direct people to, for example:
http://www.facebook.com/MarketingJelly
instead of:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Marketing ... 4902750957
First of all, you must be able to edit the Page (you need to be an admin and you should be in the ‘Edit Page’ mode).
Click on ‘Basic Information’ on the left (third down the list).
Of the options in the middle of the screen, click on the sentence that says you can choose a username (third down).
Type in your desired username. You will be told immediately if it is available. Choose carefully – you will never be able to change it.
