Hello community.
I have a challenge.
When I publish just videos in my blog posts, they don't let me select a thumbnail when I wanna share it on Facebook.
I'm allowed only to put the banners in my blog as thumbnail on Facebook.
Then I tried the trick of putting the image in my blog post and then hide it in the advanced settings, but I still can't select that picture as thumbnail.
Please... Help me.

Re: How Can I Pick the Thumbnail in Facebook Linking?
You've probably solved this by now, but the only way Facebook lets you select the image is if it exists on the page you are linking to. Even then sometimes I have problems with it if I add the image after the fact. It's not a bad idea to have images in every article anyway. Depending on the text you associate with it, you would be surprised the amount of traffic you get from people searching for images.

website. How can I pick a particular image as thumbnail or at least stop it showing thumbnail?

Ramon--
I see that you posted this quite a while ago, but perhaps you still need an answer.
You can utilize the opengraph tags to specify how Facebook lists your page when someone 'likes' or 'shares' it.
There are plugins that do this if you are using WordPress, or I can help you add it to other platforms.
I hope that helps.
