Does anyone here remember Bill Goulld from NSA from 1989-1990 ish? My first MLM was with his team and the water filtration company. Does anyone know how in the universe to get in touch with the guy?

I am compiling some memoirs... and it would be really nice to send him a message to thank him for being one of my mentors in life. I can't find him anywhere though! Its been 20 years.
