I wrote a blogpost this morning which was geared up around some of the awe inspiring quotes I have gleaned from watching the Olympic swimming events this weekend.
These Olympians have all got their mindsets just so and maybe we can all learn a thing or too, think about the meanings behind their individual quotes ad how you can apply this to what you do. Yes they have physical strength and prowess in the pool, but what drives that?
